Here is the harness I used:

I got a cheap backup camera off of Amazon, but I had to 3D print a bushing for it to fit the brake light camera hole. An OEM camera would fit better.

That’s Freaking awesome! Thxs for posting that. Do u think theres anyway to add it to the 360 camera button if trucks already equipped with the existing cameras?
Anyone on here been able to figure out how to go that route?

I have a question about pulling a trailer. I would like to use my trailer backup camera with my sync 3 systems. Is there a way that I can plug the trailers camera into the rear backup camera on the truck so I can see the rear view of the trailer from my truck screen. I have a 2018 Lariat with all six or so cameras, just dont see and aux connnection

SYNC software only enables the rear camera signal when placed in reverse. you'd somehow have to tap into the signal for the front camera but then it would only activate below a certain MPH.

Bump. Now that the '21s come with a chmsl camera from factory, I'd like to explore retrofitting this to my '19 with 360 camera.
Anyone ever happen to play with the SuperDuty chmsl camera?

I’ve been exploring options with camera-source.

Thet have a few kits available that will let you see all the newly added cameras anytime you want by holding down the volume button for a few seconds. Plug and play.

Using the OEM chmsl camera, or an aftermarket camera only?

I got it working on my super duty using a Naviks interface from Camera Source. Routed the camera output via RCA plug and can now view the camera at any time even when driving.

OEM CHMSL camera.

I'm currently working on a project now to utilize the OEM camera button to flip through the different video inputs when up on the screen.

Have you made any progress on this? I’m about to start acquiring the parts I need to add a 360 camera to my 2018 502A. I’d like to add the bed camera too if possible.
