Default Auto Headlights help

I’m having a issue with my automatic headlights. They always stay on even during the day time dose anyone in forscan what code controls auto headlights ?

Are you sure the normal headlights are on and not the DRL’s. Also is there anything laying on the dash that could be blocking the ambient light sensor?

Yes normal headlights and nothing blocking the sensor

The BCM controls the lighting. You can find all the known codes here under the BCM tab. Don't know if that helps or not. i would also post your question in the forscan thread.

What trim is your truck? Are you sure it has auto headlights?

Double check to see if its the DRL. I have 16 Lariat also, when mine is in the auto mode the DRL's will automatically come on. In the OFF position my DRL's won't come on. Not doubting you, just asking to double check.

I think the DRL's are the normal headlights with lower output.

Check to see if your tail lights are on...

If no tail lights then it’s your daytime running lights (DRL)
