Hello everyone, need some info if possible..Swapped 10 way heated seats into my xlt 18 and have a bunch of u-codes..apim 0151;00-0b,ocs 0151;00-68,abs u0151;00-af,ipc u0151;00-0a,wrench light is on........Now I looked at my stock pass non-power manual seat and it has a ocs system in it..My driver seat was 8 way power...This is a reg cab xlt with non heated..I bolted the seats in from a 2017-2016 donor f150 and plugged in the connectors on both and went to forscan the codes and they are hard faults and will not clear..I'm thinking of swapping cushions on the pass side and reinstalling the 18 ocs system into the 16 f150 power seats I bought..But if they are heated that wont work because the heating elements are now glued to the cushions..I'm at a loss here..lol..I have access to ids and can do a pmi module reset but the dtc's will just come back..So I guess my question is,can the swapith the 18 ocs system be done without switching cushions(so I can still have heat)or will I need to by a new heated seat cushion? Also is it normal to get all those u-codes from just seats? Thanks in advance to all you guys out there!!

I may just swap back in the stock seats to drive around for now and make sure the codes are present because of the power seats...Doing that now..

Swap the OCS for the passenger seat. It comes out after you get the cushion out if I remember right. Don't know why you would have those codes, your basic power seats only have power to make them work. If you had the modules under the seat I could understand it. The errors are probably due to your OCS not being compatible, I looked up the apim code, restraint module

I will check tomorrow at work to make sure the 17 track assembly will support the 18 ocs sensor..If it does ill pin it into the connector and reset dtc's and calibrate if need be..Cant believe a two wire sensor did this..lol
PICS tomorrow!!

I do, I have a 2015 and added 2017 seats, I hit the same thing. I spent the money for IDS thinking that would fix it, but nope. The truck was looking for the 2015 OCS, it told me in the error that it was looking for a certain version. Its an easy part to swap out, same size everything. When I plugged it back in and cleared the errors that was the end of it. I did whatever testing they recommend and everything was fine.

Ok,got oem seat flipped here on my bench and it looks like the factory obs sensor is crimped on one end and pushed onto the other end..Did you remove the sensor or the bag and sensor?
