My 2018 is doing well in our 90F to 100F degree weather with low humidity, but I can't figure out how to get air out the rear vents. No controls to be found! Tried closing the front vents to maximize airflow etc... Must be a build issue or I'm missing something obvious :-(

There are no controls for the rear vents. They flow on their own based off the front vents. I honestly have no idea what the rear vents feel like. My dogs are back there though, I'll ask them

Thought I read once that the rear vents, were controlled by the passenger side controls when independent mode is chosen. But if you have no air flow at all, you have a venting issue.

Are there any visual differences with ceramic tint or does it look just like regular tint with better reflective qualities?

Crystalline has a touch of "bronze" look to it, but it's reduced substantially by the factory tint in the windows already. There certainly isn't "OMG that's so different" with Crystalline compared to the stuff I've run previously (Llumar, Wincos).

I'm just trying to avoid the stuff that's really reflective, almost mirror like.

Make sure the rear vents are open. If you turn the vent lever one way it shuts them almost off. At least it does on my 2018 Lariat.

I usually leave it on re-circulation and a/c it blows good and cold, one thing I will give Ford though is that they've always had cold a/c. I don't know know about other brands.

Oh no, nothing like that. I've got some exterior and through-the-glass pix in my build thread: https://www.f150forum.com/f78/tvsjrs...-build-421075/
The mirror-like stuff is probably metallized, which doesn't work well and will kill your cell phone reception.
