My 2015 A/C does a great job. My wife even commented on how cold it was and that's saying a lot.
Sometimes I think she can spontaneous combust.

I have owned many vehicles with a/c. My 2018 F150 has a good a/c. but my 2003 XLT ex cab had the best vehicle a/c I have ever owned.

2017 SCrew, worst AC I have ever had in a vehicle. Anything over 80F and it struggles, with 2 or more passengers, it does not even come close to keeping up. It does blow cold air but its not keeping up with the volume it has to cool down.

Just ran an errand and it was 119° outside, A/C did great! Left the truck running while I ran inside for about 10 minutes, and it was able to keep the cab nice and cool even while idling.

I'm impressed with it so far, and it doesn't get much hotter than that. lol

edit - I should add that all windows are tinted with 3M Crystalline film, which obviously helps a great deal.

Love the AC in my '16 RCSB. I'm thinking the Regular Cab has the same AC unit as the Super Crews.

It will freeze you out and it's 95 here with 95% humility. LOL

Tinting the windows did make a noticable difference. Especially when the sun is on the drivers side.

I should add that my last truck was a '95 F-150 Regular Cab and I drove it 21 years and the AC performed perfectly. It was as good as my new police Silverado.

My 2015 is a mixed bag. It blows cold air almost immediately, cools the cab down in a reasonable amount of time, and generally has no trouble keeping up with our soupy 95 degree summers. But the fans don't move much air and the foot vent setting doesn't seem to do anything other than reduce the already weak airflow from the main vents.

This. If you don't put ceramic reflective tint on you're wasting time you could have had it on. It's night and day.

Checked your cabin filter? Take it out and see if airflow improves.

I didn't try running the system with the filter out but I changed the filter at 25K miles and it still looked good. If I hadn't had to take the upper glove box apart to get to it I would have put the original one back in for another year.

It surprised me how clean it was, the filters in other vehicles that I've owned have always been pretty ugly by then. Ford's default to recirc when the AC is being taxed, which is most of the time here, really keeps outside debris out of the system.

Mine doesn't default to recirc even when 117F outside and probably 130-140F inside. Maybe I should try that. I have tinted windows too. It does make a difference.
