Yeah, you only need to center the wheel when you've got an alignment system. Tow is adjusted in relation to a centered wheel. You are going to bring in the wheel that is causing the drift without measuring tow angles, so the wheel position doesn't matter.
ok its just a crooked steering wheel i was wondering if i had to center the steering before moving the tie rods
The right wheel pointing to the right in relation to center is why the truck pulls to the right. The steering wheel might not be centered with the rack, but you won't know that until you've adjusted the tow to eliminate the pull.
If you can't tell how many degrees off center each wheel is, centering the wheel while adjusting the tow doesn't achieve anything as we can't visually see tenths of degrees of angles. If your steering was so bad that you could see both wheels were way off, then centering the wheel and adjusting both until they appeared symmetrical would be a starting point. Where you're at, you just need to adjust in the tow until it steers properly, then you can adjust both steering links simultaneously to get the steering wheel centered.

so this is how i saw it, i centered the steering and looked at the tires when steering was centered, the left front tire is straight and the right front tire is pointing out, when i sat the steering wheel crooked like when the truck drives straight, both tires are pointing out, they look even but the steering wheel is slightly crooked to the left, and then i centered the steering and thats when i saw one tire pointing out and it goes to the right when driving. Thats why i wanted to verify if i should center the steering and move the right front tire in a little so that the steering can be centered when driving straight

Yes. The steering wheel can be wherever while you make adjustments, and you don't have to lock it in position.
so i lifted up the truck on both sides centered steering and i tried to loosen the nuts and **** but i couldnt do it it was way too tight two people tried both ways but didnt work, the tires moved a few degrees and the steering wheel too but not because i was adjusting it, i couldnt loosen the nuts and stuff i gave up
They showed me the computer and also saw that the inner tie rod is swept where u put the wrench to move the toe, they said i have to replace both from the front and camber was like 0.3 and 0.3 and caster was good,but toe was adjusted to 0.8 on the left and 0.12 on right because it was bad and the steering is crooked, the truck is going straight but crooked steering, they said i have to replace em cause its hard to adjust it because of the way the inner rods are and then adjust 0.10 both sides, 400 for everything alignment included, are the camber measurements correct and caster was also good i dont remember the measurements and the steer ahead ig its called was on .0 and -.50 both sides on the rear i really dont know about the angles but i remember a lil Its swept where u put the wrenchs to adjust
