Default 2018 Windshield Question

What's up guys,

So, ever since I got my truck I can't seem to get my Windshield to wipe smooth and clear when it Rains. It seems to have some sort of "roughness" to it when I run my finger meaning finger does not slide easily. I have ran a razor blade on windshield, cleaned my blades, used every chemical suggested but I still get streaks.

Could it be my OEM blades are just shot? Trucks only 5 months old. They feel fine.

Here's some pics before and after I wiped off some morning due this morning.

You have 12 months for things like brake pads, rotor and wiper blades to be fixed or replaced for free. Bring it to the dealer and tell them the story with your wiper blades.

I get the same, even after I got my new wipers. Just condensation, but I've never had this before on other vehicles. Running the defrost on max clears it up in a couple minutes.

I clay bared my windshield the other day and it made a big difference, but not sure if it would make much more of a difference than a razor blade..

Polish the glass. Get a polishing compound made for glass. Did mine recently and the difference is night and day. I will do it again before winter.

I had to clay bar mine as well. I didn't have an issue with wipers not functioning well, but I could never seem to get it clean. Always had streaks/fogginess to it. I cleaned the inside and outside and it seems a lot better now. In addition a friend at work swears by RainX. It's been around forever but I never considered it until recently.

PS- SiriusXM Channel 34 (Lithium) is what I listen to 99% of the time, until they play Dave Matthews Band then I change it.

I had the same issue, always looked a little streaked. Speed clay and rainex took care of it.
