2016 xlt sync services?
I'm not on a mobile device, so I'm not sure if this link will work for your phone. This is the App Store on Apple's website: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ihea...586095930?mt=8
Like JasonPumper suggested, you can also search for iHeartRadio for Auto in the App Store on your phone.

A little clarification on the use of apps with the iPhone:
1. You MUST be connected via USB (bluethooth for Android)
2. Most apps must be running on the phone for Sync 3 to detect them (can be running in background). I read somewhere that Sync 3 can detect Pandora even if not running, but that has been very hit or miss.
With all of that, here has been my experience with Sync 3 and iPhone apps.
1. Even when the apps are running, sometimes they still will not be detected. Sometimes, I have to kill and restart them on the phone for Sync 3 to find them.
2. Even when Sync 3 detects them, it is not very stable. I have had many experiences with all of the supported apps, where Sync 3 finds them initially, but then they disappear. In those cases, I have to kill the app on the phone and restart it.
3. There is a "bug" with respect to using Siri while using streaming audio apps such as Pandora or Spotify. If you use Siri, once you are done the audio source switches from the applink to another source. In most cases it is either the USB or bluetooth connection. You have to go back to audio source and select the applink. According to Shaay, this is a know bug that is going to be addressed in a future update
4. A new one that I have just started experiencing in the past couple of days is that the applink seems to freeze up. In some cases it will just automatically switch to another audio source. When you try to switch back, it will switch, but you have no audio. Sometimes you can kill and restart the app on the phone, sometimes you have to power off and back on the audio, and in one case I had to do a master reset. This morning it did it and the whole sync system seemed to lock up. No volume control no switching between functions, sources, etc. I tried hitting the power button a couple times and no response. Eventually it did turn off, then once I turned it back on, all was good.
This last issues has just started in the last 2 days, so not sure if it will continue or not. I alredy have a ticket with IVT over the Siri bug so I will reach out to them about this. They have already suggested that it might need to go to the dealer for some of the other issues that I have been experiencing. Going to have it in next week for some other service so will likely have them look into it then. IVT said I "might" need it replaced. All in all, even with the issues that I have been experiencing, I am still happy with it and looking forward to the additional features that are coming. If you look, it is currently Version 1.0 so some hicups are expected. Just look at Microsoft Windoze and Internet Exploder :-)

Supposed to come later this year or next with a software upgrade.
I asked, and an email from Ford Tech indicated the same thing, Apple CarPlay (and Android Auto, probably) available towards the end of the year.
In the mean time, I'm putting my iPhone screen up on a 7" Rear View Safety Backup Camera system monitor up on the Dash; so I can use Maps. Love it; had car play via an after market head unit in my 2008 Dodge; it's super useful for me; can't wait! Yay Sync3! Hopefully the update will be no charge. Dodge Ram now charges monthly (after the first year) for their electronic services... looked at a 2016 Ram, BOUGHT a 206 Ford F150 XLT!
