I ordered a new F150 limited 2016 on May 18th and wanted to know how long it takes to get the Vin # ? Also how long to get the truck ?

14 Days to go. No window sticker just yet. Very frustrating seeing everyone else get it and nothing here! I was told she was scheduled to be built the week of 5/30.

 

Are you whiting out the VIN and dealer details or does yours come up like that?

 

Edited, but I fixed it. Maybe someone here will have luck getting the sticker to pull up.

 

It would appear your sticker is available. It returns a restricted status instead of an unavailable one.

 

Your right. I didn't even notice when it switched over. I wonder why it's restricted and most aren't? Looking at another truck on my dealers lot on COTUS, it was built 6 days after In Order Processing was completed and arrived two days after it was built.

 

Well, my order status changed three time in the last 24 hrs. In cotusa saturday morning, status was still "in Production" w/build date of 5/27. Saturday evening, the 28th it moved to "Awaiting Shipment" and 22 days to delivery for 6/20/16. Sunday morning, the status changed to "In Transit" with 15 days to delivery and a new date of 6/14/16. That puts everything back in sync with my dealer's original ETA of "week of 6/13/16" from my visit with him on April 29th. Can't wait, should have it by Fathers Day!

 

Why would it take 18 days, from when my vehicle was ordered to be processed?

Just got a call from my dealer. My truck has arrived, and I will be picking it up tomorrow at noon!

Cotus still shows in transit, however it was accurate as showing a delivery date of 5/30

 

Called the dealer today. 0 days left in cotus with a delivery date of 06/01.

Dealer can't locate my truck... Suppose to be 1 hour away and that since 05/26...

I really need the truck on Friday, we go camping.

They always have trouble locating trucks coming from Kansas City. Truck has been built on 04/25.
