Can anyone of you guys who has the gen 3 Phoenix radio tell me when you start the truck up does the factory sync 3 radio start to play automatically or do you have to turn it on once the unit boots up. And when you cut off the truck does the unit remember what you were doing on sync 3... example like if you were listening to Sirius will it start up on the same channel you were listening too etc.

today we received our replacement unit. but it arrived with a cracked screen! I think i have decided to just return it and get a full refund.. i really liked the full screen idea though. it was cool. for that week that we had it.

Has anyone had the issue where the unit gets stuck in console. Even closing the app doesn’t disengage the audio

Have there been any issues or difficulties going into Forscan and activating a heated steering wheel after having the T screen installed? Does the heated wheel icon still show up and is it still controlled through the console?

this may be true..... if u can find a head unit and stuff that doesn’t cost you a fortune to swap to. Or. Just so happen to have an 8” display.

for some of us myself include I have the 4” display and this is the most cost effective route to take.

also there have been plenty of people before this recent in flux of new user that have successfully used this unit and love it.

I have the Gen 1 version and I absolutely love it! I can do so many things with it that any version of Sync could never do.
