12.1" Tesla-Style Android....
Just order 2G Ram 64G ROM from Phoenix Android Radios used discount code COMEBACK5 and saved $41.95... I am a stickler on Customer Service so I will be letting you all know how it goes... I read a lot on here about not able to reach them... I tried calling yesterday to ask some quest to no avail but when I texted them they replied within mins and answered all my questions... Since I ordered I have received two emails first was confirmation of order and second stating they were preparing my order for shipping..

Best of luck...my Phoenix experience (and others) was not very good, waiting for the Linkswell product - https://www.f150forum.com/f30/tesla-...3/#post5528483
Due to the time difference in Asia customer service was spotty and always 24hrs delayed. Keep us updated... |
I let them know that I was going to me making a thread about it so we shall see....

Same day of order the customer service emailed me to send pictures of my dash to verify the correct options were selected... So far smooth as glass...

They create you an account. You have the ability to create new support tickets and check existing ticket status... every piece of communication is logged here.. under your ticket... your order.. i sent a picture of my dash they posted it to the ticket... pretty cool if you ask me...

I had similar experience until I placed the order...payed for ''expedited' shipping (not sure how expedited that is) and after order was processed communication was always delayed...hopefully things have changed.
Best of luck - |
Having mobile issues dulpicating reply.

It is customer service when you need something...not the other way around 😀

Nifty, $800 for something that will almost certainly function more poorly than OEM equipment, and probably look awful to boot.

I recently installed one of these and really have no complaints other than some cosmetic behavior I would like to change. I have no complaints about what the unit can or can't do. |
