Mine just arrived!! I ordered 2/10 with standard shipping. Got shipment notification on 2/19, it was at the China EMS facility on 2/20, arrived in L.A. customs on 2/22, made it to Jacksonville, FL this morning around 9am and was handed to me at my door in Gainesville at 12:30! The tracking info got updated late last night with an ETA of 2/25, so I was extremely surprised when they showed up today with it and the guy said it was an Express package. He did ask for a signature, but I'm not sure if it was actually required or simply because I was there and would have left it if I wasn't.
Anyway, I'll be heading out to install it shortly!

i was told that there was a signature required for delivery but I have expedited shipping and DHL is being used. I got on the DHL website and opened an acct and there is an option to bypass the signature for delivery.

Mine is installed, and while I haven't had a ton of time to play with it, I can't say I'm overjoyed with it at this point. It definitely needs some customization to get it set up to my needs/use, but I'm not actually sure how much is possible at this point.
Here are a few of my initial gripes:
- The "Console" function, which is the Sync 3 pass through, looks like crap as it's being scaled down and doesn't fit the screen like it should. I'm hoping there's a fix for that somewhere, but I haven't found it yet. Might have to contact Phoenix about it.
- While the idea of a giant tablet/phone interface seems like a great idea, swiping up and down on the screen is incredibly awkward at that angle.
- The placement of the hazard/360/*** etc buttons at the top looks odd and the buttons are even angled a little further back than they should and the old "bottom" edge of the buttons now stands a little proud of the bezel when you're looking at it. I also don't like having a blank switch plate now, as they put 3 cutouts in so that they're covered for all models of truck. I may see about separating my Hazard/360 or TC/HDC switch if possible so that I have 3 actual switches.
- The temperature readout is still stuck in Celsius, regardless of what you set it to in the menu and the fact that it shows *F after the temp.
- The size of the black glass bezels around the screen looks a bit cheap, and the LCD panel is recessed far enough back from the glass that you can see a slight gap when looking at the right side from the driver's seat and can also tell that a sliver of the left side is being blocked by the black bezel.
- It would be really nice if they could split off the OEM GPS antenna and not need a secondary antenna stuck on the dash, especially considering all of the SYNC stuff is kept
- Touch sensitivity and processor speed isn't up to par with modern phones, but it isn't horrible either
- The backup camera acts a little weird when it activates. It starts to come up like the normal SYNC display for a second, then switches over to the Phoenix interface and display.
For the good:
- The fit and color match of the trim is quite good and it looks pretty darn close to stock
- The install was reasonable easy (despite a complete lack of instructions and really poor videos)
- The boot up (after initial boot) when getting in the truck is INCREDIBLY fast

The customs form said the value was 93$ USD...They might be making a nice profit, even at 649!

As for the value, my customs form said $388, but even at that it would make for a healthy profit!
