Stop making it harder than it is. Put power to the motor and see if it comes on.

Good, power to the motor. You've tried both motors? Next I'd check the ground.

It gets a bit frustrating trying to fix something over the computer.

yes but i haven't tryd bolting in the second motor, i just put the plugs in and see if it would turn, thing is that i dont know were the ground is, i will try and figure it out tomorrow

The motor body is the ground. The bolts that hold the motor to the truck also ground it to the truck. I don't know where the motor grounds to the motor body though so you need to test the other motor too so you can see if it does the same thing.
