Wheel options?
I've heard a few people say they opened up the holes on the newer rims to make them fit. They're only slightly off. Otherwise '70s to '96 bolt right on. I think '60s too but I'm not sure of the exact cutoff year.
All 1967-96 F100/F150 will fit your 91 F150 4x2.
(except 1980-85 F100 4x2 w/o power steering & w/o power brakes)
Also 1946-86 Jeep CJ RIMS will fit your 91 F150 - (5 Lug on 5.5")
The 1987-96 F150 Rim Bolt Pattern is 5 Lug on 5.5" spacing.
As you know; Ford changed the Rim Bolt Pattern on F150's in 1997.
FYI -
Dodge 4x4 Rims have 9/16" diameter Studs/Lugs with a 4-3/4" center.
Dodge 4x2 Rims have 1/2" diameter Studs/Lugs.

any 1/2 ton (f1, f100, f150) ford 1948-1996 will fit, but its unlikely you will find anything older than the 70s. dodge 1/2 tons 1979 on has the same bolt pattern, idk how new you can go though. ive put the ones off my dads 2001 on my truck with no rubbing (265 75 16 tires) but the backspacing gets bigger on the newr ones so that may be too large. also as mentioned above the jeep cj series.
if you go aftermarket the bolt pattern is 5 on 5.5 or 5 on 139.7
