It might be a temperature sensor for the engine, is it outta place?

Not shure but when I disconnect it from my engine it revs up... It has a vacuum on it and the hoses go to my throttle body.

The arrow is pointing towards the PCV valve from the looks of it.

No it's not off the side it looks like a sensor or something because it has wires coming out the back of it... I'm shure has to do with the vacuum system. Here are a few close up pics of it.

What wires? Remove the electrical tape, that's not stock and could be suspect. Can't imagine anything being in a RUNNER with electrical wires that's not an injector. IAT sensor's are usually in the plenum, not a runner.

Ahh, that's not attached to the intake manifold, after all. If you can tell me the wire colors I can tell you.

it looks a lot like a charcoal canister purge solenoid valve off my 351, just a different location but could be wrong though.
