Default weird idle help

I just bought a 87 f150 3inch body lift 4 inch suspension 5.0 5 speed it idles from 500 to 2000 when you push the clutch in and while driving and sometimes it stalls when you come to a stop I'm not really good with a stick and this makes it much worse any help would be great asap

couldnt hurt. might get either some break cleaner or some carb cleaner and spray it around and see if you have any vaccum or intake leaks.

Run error code scans...It will tell you if the TPS is out of range.
