weird idle help

The fact that it does run fine when first started implies it's probably not the IAC.

Redo your KOEO. You'll probably see the EVPS code still.

Give the actual code #. Not what you think the code number means.

Next time it does it flip the key off and on real fast, without letting the engine die and see if the idle corrects itself.

31 = (V8 Truck) EVAP control system below minimum voltage.

I have replaced the iac and tps with brand new parts the tps brought the erratic idling from between 500 and 2000 and stalling at stops to 500 and 1000 and still dying at stops

get some carb cleaner or brake cleaner and spray it around anywhere you could possible have a leak. do it with the truck running and see if it changes the idle around any specific location that you spray. could be a leak in your vacuum lined somewhere or a manifold leak. carb cleaner should raise the idle. break cleaner should make the truck die.
