Yes sir! just after you connect everything fill the radiator to the proper level then the reserve tank to the cold fill level.

I cleaned out the butterfly valves and alot of rust came out. the TB says 5.8 L on it and I have a 5.0L engine?

Yeah, I don't think that matters. While you have TB out, might as well clean IAC. Make sure you don't get liquids on any electrical component. Doing so might give you troubles later.

Try YouTube and Google for videos. Good source of info if you don't know what parts are called. Good luck, man.
