I think you are talking about the throttle cables. Pull up on it and they should pop right off. At least mine did.

Now the TV cable that goes to the tranny is different. You have to pull it towards the front of the truck and pull up. That's the one with a white plastic connector in the end of

Give it a bit of a twist as you pull up. Try that.

got it thanks.
next question... I pulled the tube at the bottom(i think it goes to the water pump and water went everywhere! is this okay? did I f up? I quickly put it back on and will leave it till I hear from you guys. will I need to add water later? if so, how? PS I removed the tube that connects to the water pump(i think) instead of the TB because that is where the JB welded part is and I dont wanna break that
thanks
edit***
After looking at it more,
there is an about 1 inch diameter hose that runs from the left side, almost like it is going toward the glove box, and runs under the throttle body and connects to a metal pipe. I thought it was coming fromt the water pump but that is below it so that doesnt make sense. this is the only thing above it. hope this helps

First pic is the hose that i think is filled with water. last picture is where that hose meets the rusty metal pipe. second and middle picture is where the rusty pipe, that connects to the hose, fits into a hexagon capped column that im pointing to. Also, in that middle picture the pipe that fits into the tube in the first pic is right below my finger tip. the hose I tried to remove is black and has the loose metal screw band around it... that is where water came shooting out of. is this normal??
thanks

Just add water and antifreeze as needed afterwards. The hose in your pictures go to your heater core
