Default spline nut issue

I searched but couldnt find my specific issue. I need to remove my hub and rotor assembly on my 92 4.9
4×4 manual hubs. I removed the locknut with the special socket but there is still something holding the rotor on. Is it possible for something to have seperated and gotten stuck or should everything come out with the locknut?

Looks like the lock washer and spacer are still in there. After that you'll see the outer wheel bearing.

Use brake cleaner to clean up a bit, you'll be able to see everything better

How would the lock washer and spacer be removed? The special socket wont "catch" anything on these to remove them.

It usually comes out with the hub since it sticks to it.

Im pulling the hub/ rotor but it wont budge currently. Do these need some persuasion with a hammer to get them off.

To me it looks like the washer is turned slightly counter clockwise and the "key" moved out of the slot if that makes sense. You need to turn that washer just a little clockwise so that the key is back in the slot of the spindle and it should slide out so that you can get to the second spindle nut.
