Default which spark plug?

Gonna do a minor tune-up on my '94 4.9L. Went on RockAuto and I see lots of plugs to choose from. Any recommendations based on experience? Do I need platinum? Thanks

Stock copper core Motorcraft came out and went back in and she liked it a lot!

I have a '95 4.9L as well. Stock wires, cap and rotor too.

Your truck will eat those plats up in a matter of a few hundred miles, stay away from them.

I agree with everyone else. Get the regular copper core Autolite or Motorcradt. Once I got my truck properly tuned and all of the broken vacuum lines fixed, it was ping city with platinum plugs. Went to plain coppers and it ran like a dream.
