Nice looking truck Kevin. I used to shoot hydraulic fluid on rusty areas as it would stop further rust. Just remember to remove it by pressure washing before undercoating if you go that route.

By the way, the grille, headlights, headlight trim, and bumpers all came from LMC truck. Very nice stuff. I also bought their bodyside molding kit, and painted them to match the truck, but am now undecided if I'm going to put them on or not. I kind of like it w/o the bump moldings.

I vote to leave it as-is. If I ever repaint mine, the trim, emblems, etc. will all be gone, and it'll get one solid color.

Yeah, I'm just not feeling the bodyside moldings. Not looking very likely that they will be put on.

Yeah, i would say leave them off, looks too good to be true to begin with! Such progress! And also I think it would take away from the Awesomeness factor!
