It looks like someone flipped the upper bracket. Everything else is the same except the bracket is upside down. The replacements will work. Your bolt holes are in the same spot as mine.

Here's a picture of the power mirror controls complete with cigarette burn

Not sure at all about the wiring....

Thanks. I'll either be getting a new set of those or a set of the smaller ones. Just not sure if I want to deal with fixing the holes in the side of my doors.

Default replacement mirrors

I finally gave up searching for the mirrors with the top bracket with the holes on the bottom. The replacement mirrors I bought on-line have the holes above the bracket. They do fit using the existing holes;however, the mirrors are smaller and lower than the originals. I would still prefer the original but these are working just fine once I got used to them. I feel that the bigger mirrors look better on my '93 f-250 4x4 so if anyone knows where to get them please let me know.

The "mouse ear" mirrors have a mounting bracket that require a hole thru the door and extends into the inner side of the door. That bracket has a bolt that has to be installed from the inside of the door. It requires removal of the door panel to access it. The wiring for the power mirrors are not there unless you had them originally so it would require you to obtain the wiring harness from a donor truck.
