Got the adapter in today and played with the torque app all evening. It shows my egr incomplete, what exactly does that mean? I know it means its not working right, which I assumed because the egr valve buzzes when I turn off the truck, but what is it meaning by "incomplete".

 

When obd11 computer is reset vehicle must go thru drive cycle for each system for computer to check the performance. So egr drive cycle hasn't been completed so egr can be tested to see if it performs correctly.

 

Does it check this cycle everytime you drive it? I haven't reset codes in a good while, because I haven't had any. Last time I did I threw a code playing around with things, unplugging sensors and seeing how it ran lol. I noticed when I first start the truck, catalysts, o2 sensors, and egr is incomplete which makes sense. Why does egr take so long?
