Default Ignition problem

I have a '88 F150 w/ a 4.9L engine ( in line six). When I try to start it and release the starter the starter does not disconnect. We disconnected the battery to stop it. I think the problem is in the ignition sw. How do you change out the ignition sw and lock?

The solenoid is probably sticking. Give it a whack with a wrench next time and see if it stops.
