Turned out to be the harness. Chaffed through the convelex tubing and the wire. Replaced the wire and put the original sensor back in with a new o-ring. Works perfect, thanks for the help!

I'd like to replace this wire as well. However I don't know how much I will need. I assume from the VSS to the cab? Can I use 16ga direct burial speaker wire?
