Nice. Unfortunately my '93-'96 wiring diagrams are incomplete. Shouldn't be much different than the '92. Either way you need to use the lock actuator wires. The pink/orange and pink/black should be at the switch also.

It was pink and yellow and pink and green at the switch and actually the lock/unlock on the 92-93 diagrams were reversed. Everythings working now, the remote start sometimes has trouble having to crank twice but that's an old truck for you. I ran the wire through the door jamb into the cab because I couldn't find them at either kick panel. I used a 451m I had sitting in my tool box on the door locks and it worked like a charm once I applied 12v coming in with the lock/unlock signal from the remote start brain. I can take pictures if anyone needs it. The only thing I didn't hook up was the parking light signal mostly because I didn't know how to get behind the switch on the dash and I don't know drawing attention to the car when it's remote started. Although how do you get the dash trim off, like the **** on the light switch stops it from coming off.

Not really, I'm just wondering if I should tackle this on my '89. I don't know how similar it would be.

The remote start is really fool proof grab 12v constant, ignition, starter and accessory at the ignition harness(there are several accessory I tested until I found air conditioning) and use a factory ground point and that's out of the way. There are only two wires at the coil for tach so if it's not one its the other. Hood pin switches are optional but recommended and the f150 has factory holes to accomodate without drilling. I used the factory grommet where the clutch cable would have gone through and drilled through that to run lines into the cab. The green wire at the brake pedal is the brake switch it's hidden behind some wire loom. Like I said parking light wire is I guess behind the switch but I wasn't messing with figuring out how it came out. In total minus figuring out the door locks I bet it was an hour or hour and a half for someone that wired them up for a living before. Once you figure out the wires on the door locks with a multimeter if you have DEI's 451m it'll take another 20 to wire and run through the door jamb. Just my two cents.

Apology in advance. Superglue in the keyway will make it keyless. Still working on the "Entry" part!

Food for thought- i saw someone on youtube wired their keyless entry to also roll up their windows when they locked the doors. they explained how it was done in the video description, but i just thought it was a good idea and wanted to see if anyone else would try it. my guess is it would also require the 'auto up' window button, but im not sure. sorry for the thread jack
