LOL thinking more and more i can always just pop rivet some metal in there right now i just got a few pieces over the hole so my foot does not go thrugh it. its just the complexity of the metal bends is the issue i see.

Does anyone know a place online with a full floor pan for our trucks? not the half crap one lmc has

They go pretty cheap at my end of the earth.

sell it and buy a new one. Our trucks are a dime a dozen and are bulletproof

With that amount of rust and damage, it would be very hard to fix it all because that is ALOT of rust. The structural integrity of that cab is basically gone. Even if you were able to fix the floor and bed, theres no telling what other problems you might find like your cab mounts or even parts of the frame you can't see that be be gone.

Anything can be fixed, but its just wayyyy to much time and money to do it. Keep the engine and drive train and transplant it in another truck in better shape that way you still have the heart and brains of your old one in a nicer sexier looking truck

A bit of Frankensteining can go a long way.

Post some pics of the damage, I did some similar work to a 92 Yukon. Only had 98000 miles, but the more rust we had cut away, the less was left of the original body, frame was gone too from the transmission mounts to the rear shackles.

will go get some soon the frame is fine i think the reason why the floor is so gone is due to the window scraper was all chewed up along with the front fender flair channels all the salt and snow right to the whole be right back with the pictures

Dude, I just fixed my 97 floor pans, check out my pics in my garage and I did the same thing on my 95 ext cab. I got mine from LMC truck and they are made to be welded in but I cant weld lol. So I just pop rivited mine in place.

I removed all the loose metal then sanded down the rust a bit. I painted over the remaining rust to prevent or "help" prevent more and slapped those babies in there. I dont care about resale cuz I plan on keepin my baby for a while.

I did run into a small problem with the seat mounting brackets or threaded holes on my 95 but I made it work. It lasted me for two years unitl the rear end fell completely off the truck whil I was drivin...lol Stupid Michigan winters.

My advice... if you love her, dont sell her, fix her. If I was closer I would come help ya.

LOL who said that?
Pictures below you will see why I am considering selling my baby

the problem is time I can afford the metal but i will need to pay for it to get welded in but i do have an arc welder but i just never welded ever before so you see the issues
