Safest bet is to probably be around while hes working on it, if hes grinded wheres hes welding, tacks in the floor panel and has a nice consistent bead and doesn't have to cut his wire every 6" from getting it caught.
Well I always keep a fire extinguisher on hand, I set my trucks rear end on fire when I was welding my rear shackle and the grass and straw from driving through fields burst into flames

and it looks really nice he said he is a machinist and has to weld a lot on the job so its better then me ore my friend with a pop rivet gun.

it was he had a photo album in the seat frame off restoration 99% metal work done with real metal barely any bondo on it the only thing that needed work on it before the resto was the bed
