jack?
Ok I feel dumb asking this question. But what jacks are u guys using to lift your Trucks? i have a 92 f150 4x4 with a 6in lift on 35's and i can't find a floor jack big enough to get it off the ground. The only thing i can think of using is a bumper jack. Is the front bumper even strong enough to support the weight of the truck? Like i said i fell stupid asking these questions.

maybe a cheapo autozone pump-jack. I just realized I have one laying around in my garage after I got my low-profile jack.. Dont believe the bottle jack will reach my axle (im on 31's though, so maybe...)
There are attachments for the high lift jacks like this that hook under the bumper....have seen another that lifts the tire but dont know where.

id like to know also. i got the basic bottle jacks and i have a hard time getting the truck off the ground with them unless i put a good 5" block under it atleast. im only stock right now too...
What exactly are you trying to do? Change a tire, floor jack works fine as long as it's man sized. Not much need to raise it for anything else considering it's so high already, except for working on the springs or axles.

I have a 12 ton bottle jack and it goes to the frame rail with nothing and im stock except my 31s does your pad screw out? if not get one that can it helps a ton
yea mine screws out. i blew out my 2 ton and 3 ton bottle jacks, all i got left is a 6 ton and it only goes up like 4", the frame on my truck is pretty far off the ground, i can get to the axle just not the frame.
