how to remove throwout bearring?

Default how to remove throwout bearring?

93 f150 4.9l mazda m5od 4x4. im replacing the throwout bearing and am wondering on how to remove it.

The throwout bearing and slave cylinder come in one peice. You have to pull the transmission and the slave cylinder is held on by two bolts.

You can get the throwout bearing separate. Look at it, I'm sure you can figure it out. I can't remember because I changed the slave.

it might be all in one. it is on the input shaft and their is a lip i would have to pop it over which doesnt look like i can do. the throwout bearing i got doesnt seem to look like the one on my truck...

Then they gave you the wrong one. It will come off.

the other thing is that the haynes manual says nothing that the slave and throwout bearing are together

well i looked it up and a slave cyl with TB is about the same pricce as just the TB. so im going to return it and get a slave cyl.

Probably a good idea. I changed my clutch disc only and a few months later I had to do the slave.

I wanna say hello all first off as i am new. Next make sure they give you the correct slave as i recieved not one but 2 slaves that were wrong from the parts store. Yours will have a yellow or green aluminum quick disconnect line not a black plastic. The black one is for pre 6/92 build trucks. Just a bit of info that i hope helps. Its a pain to pull that tranny 3 times in one day lol.

I have the clutch system from a '96 and it has the black plastic line.
