To convert your standard cab long bed into an extended or even crew cab?

Just buy one, it would be cheaper and easier. Then use the money you save to pimp it out.

i want to do the same thing i need a quad cab truck. the hard part i think would be unwiring and rewiring it all with out cuting a bunch. the rest would be easy to me.

i've considered the same thing, but not enough time and money, i even considered getting a cap and bolting a bench seat and seatbelts in the bed since i already have a bedrug

No, just have a 1 owner 1995 F150 4x4 w/ 351 and only 43k actual miles.
Hate to sell it. Reason is, we have a family of 4 and 90lb dog.
We bought a boat end of last year and will use the F150 to tow. Just thinking out loud on options... thx
