Default Helpppppp

Hey Guys.. I am absolutely stumped on an issue I'm having with my truck.
My truck is a 1994 F150 with 4.9L Straight 6 and a 5 speed manual transmission.
The problem is the truck is running extremely rough. Like it's missing. It also uses a lot of gas. I have been 57.8 miles and i have an eight of a tank left.

I have checked for spark to all cylinders its all good.
These are the parts i have replaced
PCM
ICM
TPS
CTS
EGR Valve
EGR Valve solenoid
Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
Spark Plugs ( twice )
Spark Plug Wires
Distributor Cap
Rotor Button

I'm Probably missing a few things but the MAP sensor checked out good. O2 Sensor checks out good. When i run the OBD1 code reader on it i get 111 which is system pass when the key is on and engine is of. When the engine is running i get code 213 which is spout circuit open. I've set the timing. (with the SPOUT out) I've traced all the wires and their continuity and it all checks out good i can't find a bad ground. I have no idea what to look for or what to do any more. can anybody help me out ?

Does it run rough at idle with spout out > It shouldn't.
I think it may be time for a compression check. If you find a low cylinder, squirt a little oil into that spark plug hole and test it again (wet test). The wet test is to determine if the problem is rings or valves.
If the compression check comes out good across the board (15 to 20 % difference between highest and lowest) then you're back to that code.
But compression is something to be sure of before you tear your hair out.

The truck runs rough at idle at all times. When i take the spout out it does still run rough. I'll head to the zone to tomorrow and rent a compression tester! Thanks for your input! I'll keep the thread updated with progress.

That's a lot of gas. Check for fuel leaks starting at the fuel filter. They are notorious for rusting through and letting gas flow down the frame undetected. And they are a bear to change.

Compression test could definitely help. This may be extreme, but I had a jeep once with a 4.2l inline 6 and I took it rock crawling on a real hot summer day. It started running real rough afterward. Come to find out after a compression test, one of the piston heads had a hole melted in it! I replaced the piston, put some new rings in, and it ran fine for years until the frame rotted out...

Sorry for the really late post guys. Here are the results.
Cylinder #1 - 156
#2 -156
#3 -154
# 4 - 156
#5 - 154
#6 - 156

Compression is good across the board.

I took the whole intake off and replaced all the gaskets. Upper and lower intake gaskets. The EGR gasket, Air Idle Control gasket. Valve Cover gasket. Most of those just because they needed it. i cleaned and checked the fuel injectors put new orings. Fuel pressure regulator came out good. I went to pull apart and got 6 of the spout sensors and redid the timing accordingly. It advances correctly. No change at all..

This is probably going to turn out to be something really simple. But finding that simple thing is the problem.
You're sure the PCM is the right one ?

Do you have a gauge to check fuel pressure ? I'm reaching there, but it might be an issue.
