Default help the new guy please.

I want to start by saying i have searched all over this and other forums for an answer, cant find anything that helps me so....

yea I crossed the connections hooking the battery back up
starter selanoid fried up, but the truck still started but had the little battery light on so its not charging.

I have replaced the starter selanoid and alternator (old one was tested and found to be dead) new one tested said it worked. battery still not charging.

what should i do now.

will your truck run if you disconnect the batter while its on, or does it die?

Not the fuses in the fuse box.. its going to be a fuse in the wireing check your battery out put wire from the alternator and see if theres a fuse on it and check to see if its blown

Yeah but the charge wire runs from the alternator to the solenoid.. it should have a fuse and thats probably what blew

yeah, you prolly blew a fuse along with the solenoid. now a big deal. Somewhere along the wireing there should be a fuse.
