Default Frustrated!!!!!

i have a 95 ford f150 5.0 that does not run right with the spout plug in. it will idle fine but is bucking at about 2000 rpm

things i have replaced
ignition coil
cap and rotor
plus and wires
ecm
pickup in distributor
icm
fuel filter

things i have cleaned and checked
vaccum lines all tested and fine
fuel injectors
throttle body
tps sensor
iac
egr
timing is at 10 with spout plug out
maf sensor

does anybody have any ideas what this may be truck will run fine with the spout plug out but looses response and i get horrible gas mileage please help

this may sound dumb but are you sure all your plugs are on the rite spot?

What codes are you getting? Or did you just randomly throw parts at it?

I took it to a shop but the ECM did not want to give up any codes

That usually means bad ECM but I see you already changed that. Probably a wiring problem or you happened to get a bad ECM.

I have not tried to pull codes out of the new one but the truck was running exactly the same. I was also doing some research and I see they put two different icm's in this truck a black one and a grey one could It possibly be the person who owned it before me put the wrong the wrong one back in? Also how can I find out which one belongs in it?
