If the oxygen sensor has more than 60,000 miles on it then it's a good idea to replace it anyways.
I am pretty sure it was the original one it was a PITA to get out

If you didn't clear the codes after you put the spout back in then the spout code will still be there.

What he said, but clear it and recheck. If its still reading that way that's where you should look next.

Ok so today I replaced the o2 sensor then cleared and checked the codes three times I was unable to come up with any codes!!! Any ideas?

Dude, those are codes. Can't really help you if you're not going to give us all the information.
