I put four 150w KC Daylighters on my bumper. Wired the outside two together, and the inside two together. 2 relays, 2 switches. Took power from the post on the starter solenoid. Wiring was a piece of cake. Just gotta take your time, plan it out, and do it right.

thats a good idea. shouldnt be to hard to figure out. i dunno about your state but here in vt i think you can only have 4 lights on at a time.

why do you have the relays? i got a lighted toggle switch so i ran a power wire from my positive of batter with a fuse and a wire for the lights onto the parking light wire so if i leave the switch on they will turn off when i turn the head lights off. on my car i ran a straight power from battery and then would forget to turn them off and go to start car and battery would be dead. i like the 4kc day lighters. i got the brush guard and i want to add more lights to it. now i have the sides on the brush guard. o and not to thread jack here but does anyone know if that front valance that has holes in it on the lightning fit on regular f150's? i want to put fog lights on the bottom of the bumper.

You use relays so the switch doesn't burn out. The switch is the weak link in the system, the relay keeps full current from going through the switch.
