Default Finally got codes!!!

OK..I finally had time to get the codes...Hope I counted right..
1992 F-150 2wd 4 speed aod trans

1st set:
on initial koeo, I get 2 very fast and very dim flashes..
then it's 1 2
1 1
1 2

Then after 6-9 secs it's ..(I think these are the Continous codes)
1 2 1
1 2 1
1 2 3
1 2 3
1 2 4
1 2 3
1 7 3
3 2 7..then stops

Did this like 5 times..might be off on 1 or 2..but I did check the voltage on the TPS and its 5.0 closed and open..unhooked it and idle is high 900-100 rpm....but truck sounds lots better..you can smell fuel and I know it running rich as heck..Idle air control valve is new.
If I reconnect the tps and leave the IAC connected..it idles 2000 rpm...when I disconnect the IAC it falls to 650-700 but wont shift correctly..when I re-connect the IAC it jumps back up to 1800-2200 rpm..but shifts better..Hard..but better! Hard on driveline!!
I am going to change the tps this week..My Bud had basically same probs and he changed his..truck runs fine now..I figured I would check it a bit before I went and dropped anymore $$$ untill I found out a little more...

I did see code 173 "HEGO shows system always rich"
How is this corrected???

Thanks Johnny

UPDATE!!
Changed the TPS and wow..truck is a different animal! Idles correctly....shifts like silk.....Runs Great and sounds Killer...No more Fuel smell...smoothe idle and runs great on Interstate...
Did the codes check...1-1-1

Now for the BIG Q...I am getting a 323 code..EGR related..anything I need to check..or just replace the EGR Valve???

Yea, sounds like the TPS. Change it and clear the codes. Then see how it runs and if any codes come back.

Woot!!! 20 mins and a new TPS installed..$33.00 and Truck idles perfectly..shifts better than the Charger and sounds GREAT! getting 1-1-1 code every time..BUT!!!! Now I get either a 322 or 332 code in long term codes as well as check enginge illuminates when under load..when foot off accel it goes out..when idling it is off. I didnt find a 322 code in manual..but I did find a 332 is "Insufficient EGR Flow detected" I guess I need a EGR Valve?????
Doing Brakes and shocks this weekend.. This Ole Ford is starting to revive!!!!

So....New EGR Valve...??? or what you think???

Thanks

Johnny

The EGR may be stuck, you can try removing it and cleaning it with carb cleaner. The control solenoid could also be bad or the wires to it could be loose. It also gets vacuum from the engine so make sure it's getting vacuum. Then from the solenoid to the EGR is another vacuum line.
