Default Engine RPM's

Just bought a 1992 F150 in incredible condition. Drove the truck 200 miles home without a hitch except when I upshift the engine revs when I push in the clutch. The truck has a new clutch, clutch fork and flywheel. Can't seem to put my finger on it. Lubed the throttle cables thinking they might be getting stuck and that didn't help. Any answers will be appreciated. Thanks

Have not had it long enough to check codes. Just a little information about myself, I AM AN IDIOT WHEN WORKING ON VEHICLES. Just going through the obvious before I send it to the shop. Will have codes checked this week. Thanks.

Could be a sticky IAC valve or a vacuum leak. Mine did the same thing when my upper intake gasket was failing.
