Default drivers side corner of hood dented

how can i straighten this out or is it even possible? it was like this when i bought the truck. previous owners kid hit something with it. anyway is it possible to straighten it out or will i just have to leave it? and yes i am looking for another blinker for it

seeing as it's a crease in there, you're most likely SOL without a LOT of work/money. I'd just get a new hood

I personally dont think it can be because the re-enforcements spot welded on the underside are bent also and a new hood should only cost about $50 at a wrecker yard. The quarter panel looks like it might be able to be salvaged but I'm no body panel expert or sheet metal expert

maybe i will just order a cowl hood from lmc truck then. and i know i can get the quarter panel to look okay with a little work.

I'd buy a new hood, since that one would be so much work, and tough to get exactly right, then try hammering out the fender to match the new hood and light.

if i decide to buy a new one for sure i will go with the single cowl 2inch rise

Well if you want to straighten it out but don't care about how pretty it looks, you can heat it up, used a pair of vice grips to bend it out, brace a piece of 1/8 steel with the vice grips against it and hit the back with a ball peen and cross peen hammer to get it somewhat aligned, but yeah easier to get a new hood.

Just buy the fender too. Junkyard, $20 and lots less aggravation.
