Default door trouble

so i have what you guys call a saggy driver's side door with the main culprit being the bottom hinge.read a bunch of posts and saw that there was a tool made by a (Mac )company for the door hinges but couldn't find it online..the door is at the point where the the top right corner has rubbed the paint off of the top right part of the door jam (from me having to pull/shut so hard)
also i never figured out if i would have take the fender off to replace them, and will i have an alignment problem even though the door was already on there before?
no electric all manual
thanx in advance

They have the door pin/bushing kits on the shelf at the parts store in the Help! section.

just found this thread, am having the same problem. i assumed it was the bushing that was worn by inspecting it, but can this all be replaced with the door on the truck?

Yes and its pretty simple if I recall correctly. If the slop is only in the pin and bushing should take little time

Buddy's work truck has the same problem. Instead of pulling the door harder, take your lower palm and push up inside the corner of the door close to the window when you are shutting the door. Should be a hell of a lot easier, and less paint loss. His was so bad you couldn't even pull it hard enough to lock it shut, but mild pressure upward on the top shut it easily.

i had the same problem on my '93 i just bought new hinges at the boneyard and i was able to replace them without taking the fender off. the door did have to come off though. it only took bout 30 min to fix it.

yeah, i fixed it last night with the replacement pin/bushings. the original pin is just mushroomed out on the top, so i just took my dremel and cut it in half, pushed them out the opposite sides. pretty simple, and the door finally shuts on it's own!
