I've used the champion plugs. They aren't bad. Motorcraft is best but anything copper will do really. I change mine more often than most people anyway so I don't have to worry about them wearing too quickly.

Any recommendations on an Oil Filter? I was at Canadian Tire and saw a Mobil 1 going for $8. Motomaster and Fram for $3.50. I'm not going for those as Fram has cardboard in their filters and motomaster I believe is being made by Fram now as well. Rememer, I am in Canada, so some items available around you might not be around me. So try to keep it to popular brands

Motorcraft isn't a popular brand in Canada? We have all the domestic OE brands on the shelf.

Motorcraft would be from a Ford Dealership, at least here in Metro Vancouver. Canadian Tire also carries K&N Gold oil filters, i use either that or the Mobil 1 Extended Performance I currently have in my truck. Canadian Tire carries: Motomaster(store brand in either normal or F1 Synthetic), Quaker State, Fram(normal, Extraguard, High mileage, Synthetic.) Napa carries their own brand I believe, rarely go there, NAPA Pro Select, NASCAR, Gold and also K&N Gold. BC has another localised chain called Lordco, they carry a lot of great stuff, like Royal Purple, i plan to change the diff and tranny in my truck to RP soon. Not sure what else for National chains in Canada, Walmart carries Fram Products only here in BC, not sure about elsewhere.

Probably because Motomaster is specifically a 'Canadian Tire' brand(like Pep Boys, Advanced Auto, Autozone, all with a bit of Walmart-ish stuff like clothing, sporting goods, seasonal stuff like bbqs, christmas decorations, snow removal stuff, lawn mowers, electronics, household repairs), they put that brand on tools, auto parts like filter for air, oil, fuel, spray paint, tires, almost anything and everything that this specific chain sells that is either automotive or trades related. Including powertools, compressors, air tools.
