damn cel
93 f150 5.0 4x4 supercab i am getting a cel but its not on steady it will turn on and off while driving it might stay on for 3 seconds or 30 min at a time and if i shut the truck off and started it back up its gone i pulled the codes koeo it will come up with 111 that means all is good then i get codes 33 and 44 the koer codes come up as 311,332 and 536 now all the sensors are new including the egr valve, egr position sensor and the egr pressure sensor i just dropped this motor in a few months ago from a junk yard with 10,000 miles on it and i changed every gasket and sensor on the motor
What''s your Idle like?
Elevated RPM?
Surging RPM?
What is your op. temp. idle?
Also, it wants you to tap your break during the test, &/or the emergency brake is on during the test (536).
Your thermactor air system has a problem.
I think you mean EGR regulator, not egr pressure sensor.
Thinking insufficient ERG flow is a bi-product of the thermactor problem, or a result of low manifold pressure due to a vacuum leak.

idles good at like 800 or so it only used to surge only at start up in the cold but the new egr valve fixed that. the temp at idle is right at the m the gauge and between the n and o under load and yes it is correct i have checked the temp on the motor at the sensor location also when the cel does come on you can feel a power diff. prob going into safe mode

you right i meant the egr regulator and its working properly i have tested it and even swapped it out no change. the egr valve is brand new replaced it on sat and did get way better cold starts. this is a shot in the dark here but i did do a timing bump but was not happy with the results so changed the timing back to 10 deg but did not regap the plugs this problem started a week or so after
