Will a 351 computer run a 460 if its the same year???

I think not. Computer should fit both engine type and tranny type to work. You may get the engine started (in case of pure luck), but I don't think you'll be able to drive it normally

If same transmission & MAP for MAP or MAF for MAF. Shouldn't be a problem.

If i try it and it dont work will it burn up the computer

Nope. They all work on 12V in/ 5V out.
