52 usually means the P/S pressure switch is disconnected or operator error during test. Didn't move the steering wheel back & forth when you were supposed to (switch closes when wheel moved). IAC's don't produce error codes. It's a valve & it has no position sensor monitoring it.

OH YA? Well my Codes Manual can beat up your Haynes manual!!! Ok, then ........Fix it, I'll wait............. Will this take long? Hint: You'll know it's fixed (or not broke), if it doesn't stall while parallel parking.

The computer may think it's malfunctioning because it didn't receive a signal from the sensor because you didn't turn the wheel.
