116 Coolant temp out of range (probably not warmed up)
536 Brake On/Off shorted to ground
538 No goose test received
632 Cycle transmission switch between tests
Warm the truck up to operating temperature. Re-run the KOER tests, but this time have the transmission in neutral and when you get a single flash a little while into the test (before the codes come out) firmly goose the throttle. Don't leave your foot on the brake the whole time the tests are running either.

116= Coolant temperature sensor outside test limits during test. Usually because the truck isn't warmed up.
536= Brake on/off circuit failure, switch not actuated during KOER test. You didn't step on the brake pedal when asked, or the switch really is bad.
538= insufficient RPM change during KOER dynamic response test. You didn't floor the gas pedal when asked.
632= overdrive cancel switch not changing states (E4OD). This goes hand in hand with the brake switch, as the brake switch cancels the overdrive.
