On EFI's, during KOER error code scan, it means you're supposed to preform the WOT part of the test at that time.

And how is that done?? Btw the truck is running perfect, but on ocassion like once every 3 or 4 days it will start then shutoff, then the 2nd start its good to go.....And another issue is the truck has kinda a rough idle when stopped.....It doesnt feel like a misfire to me and the truck has no codes...Any help would be great.

You push the throttle all the way down, for WOT- Wide Open Throttle. For the idle issue, have you cleaned your IAC(Idle Air Control) lately? You will get different names for it, but it should be between your air filter and the throttle body.

I have cleaned it before but it also has 208,000. If it was bad or faulty wouldnt it throw a code? What is the purpose of the WOT test?

I'm not re-reading 9 pages, but combustion chamber deposits &/or dirty injectors comes to mind...Seafoam treatment!

The IAC is a solenoid valve. It will not trow a code if malfunctioning/ dirty.
Read link: http://www.fordfuelinjection.com/?p=39

WOT, the ECU expects to see increased rpm & the knock sensor to talk to it momentarily.

I dont see why it wouldnt cause a code. I just recently did a "seafoam" treatment in the gas tank, booster, and oil.....A tiny bit of white smoke came out and i used 2 cans total for all the treatment.

It will throw an engine running code, but it won't show a code for KOEO code.

Im confused with all these tests. I thought your check engine light comes on, then you read the codes with the car off. I havent had a check engine light yet so is there a possiblity codes will be thrown with the truck on and obd1 reader in?

The light doesn't need to come on for the truck to have any codes. You can read the Running Codes, by keeping your code reader plugged in and starting the engine.
