Default Buzzing!!??

So I have owned a 92 and 95 f150 and when you open the door with the keys in the ignition they didn't buzz!! But my 93 does and it's annoying!! Is there any way to stop this?!? Also when the 93 is running it has day time running lights that the 92 and 95 didn't have either!! Anyway to get rid of them!?! Thanks for your help!

I believe there's a **** or switch to the left of the steering wheel to tweak with the lights. As for the buzzer, mine never did it so Idk about that.

Well the head light switch is just a normal switch like in the other 2 f150s I had like this. So I'm guessing the previous owners disabled this stuff before me!

DRL was an option. You would need to find the module, remove it, and install a jumper where the module was. You could find a factory jumper that plugs right in or I would have to look up which wires need to be jumped. If you don't like the buzzing, find the buzzer and unplug it.

Ok thanks Sean! I found a suspicious looking box with a wire going into it and it says made in Canada on it! I'm going to take a pic and post it on this thread to see what you think.

Most, if not all of the Canada trucks got DRL. It's mandated up there.

Just trace the buzzing noise back and unplug it. That's what I did. I wish mine had drls. I always turn my running lights on
