Default Bumper project!

Well here's what I did today. Cut the stock bumper brackets off and used them to make this low profile pipe bumper. I'm still going to ad some shackle mounts and a hitch. And of course paint! Let me know what you think! Good or bad! Suggestions welcome!

Me too!! It looks cheap! Not to mention this stock bumper was rusted out! It will look a lot better when I finish it tomorrow!

They bend easy too, and look like theyre made for a different truck

nice job on the bumper, and the stock bumpers aint flimsy lol. i pulled a jeep Cherokee sideways about 3 feet and the bumper barely bent any. (my end hooked his and i pulled him)

Ya when I take it off to finish welding I think I will. I made it so it bolts and unbolts just like a stock bumper

I think a roll pan would look better although not as strong, but it will probably look better when painted. I'll let you know.

Ya my friend has a 95 4x4 with a roll pan and it looks great! But...there is no where to tow or hook on to it from the back. It will look better when I'm done!
