You're missing the lift bracket.

yeah the original owner that put this motor in, didn't put them back on.

i just wrap a chain around the 5 and 6 upper intake runners, and then around the p/s bracket.

The lift bracket acts as a spacer for the alternator bracket, and the after run fan tube bolts to it.
